Sara & primehammer: a match made in heaven
Why primehammer?
I have been in HR for a while now. More recently, I spent two years as an IT Recruiter in a hiring agency, where I focused on both external recruiting and team augmentation. My recruitment efforts spanned across Europe, providing me with the international experience necessary to help primehammer expand even further beyond Europe.
In primehammer, I am a Technical Recruiter. I lead the hiring strategy, driving remote-first initiatives, and supporting onboarding and team-building activities alongside key team members.

What excites you about starting this new adventure with primehammer?
I enjoy learning about IT and constantly gaining new knowledge in this fast-evolving field. I completed a front-end programming course, which gave me a deeper understanding of the technical aspects I discuss with the candidates.
What excites me the most about IT recruitment is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to work closely with people.
And what is your approach to recruiting?
Transparency is a core value for me—I believe in providing candidates with accurate information rather than embellishing roles to make them seem more attractive. I find this to be the key to a high retention rate.
Besides this, a personal approach is essential in my work. I strive to build genuine relationships with both clients and candidates.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I have two small dogs, and we enjoy daily walks and weekend hikes together.
I’m passionate about scuba diving and climbing via ferratas, as both help me recharge and stay motivated.
I also enjoy taking photos and drone shots, especially during our vacations, and making videos as memories out of it.
